Grand Avenue Project

The Grand Avenue Project is the most impressive real estate development in the history of downtown Los Angeles.

Strikingly designed by world renowned architect Frank Gehry, this project will stand as LA’s newest and most sought after place to live. It's intended to be LA’s version of Central Park in Manhattan. The $2.1 billion project will transform Downtown LA into a vibrant new regional center along Grand Avenue next to the Walt Disney Concert Hall.

At the heart of this project is a 16 acre green field park that stretches from the Music Center to City Hall. High profile participants in this project include Equinox Fitness and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. As part of this massive development, retail stores and offices will be spaced throughout to provide residents with all the necessary conveniences without having to enter their car. Groundbreaking is set for December 1, 2007. Condominium units start at $3 million at this time – units with varying price ranges will be added as the development progresses.
